Today, SB 1800, the proposed "Death with Dignity" Act, was indefinitely postponed and withdrawn from consideration.The Act had sought to legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia, including on a non-voluntary basis.
The bill had been referred to three Senate Committees; Health Policy, Rules and Judiciary.
